While preparing a presentation at work – I came across an article that listed some new entrants into the world of office jargon. The best ones follow:

D-PAD = Downloading Porn all day ..ROFL !
Dead Wood = An employee that doesn’t contribute to the organization
Deceptionist = A receptionist who deceives people by her good looks, cunning smile..lol!
Decruitment = A nice way to say “LAYOFF”
Deep Six = A military term that means dispose of
Deferred success = …. A project that will succeed ….later ..next quarter ?..Hahahhaha
Deja Moo = That feeling that you’ve heard that B.S before
Delagatorship = Business run buy someone who cant do anything himself
Desk Jockey = Someone who actually enjoys being at work
Digerati = Overpaid Technology people that you cannot understand
Disambiguate = For times that you don’t want to say “Clarify”
Dopeler Effect = The idea that stupid ideas sound better when they are shared in quick succession of each other
Drink the Kool –Aid = Accept company policy without question
Duck Shuffler = Someone who messes with you after you’ve just gotten your “ducks in a row”
Acluistic = The state of simply not having a clue
Adhocracy = when work just happens in a haphazard manner
Al Desco = At the desk
Ear Candy = Flattery
Ego Surfing = Surfing for compliments
Hush Money = A bribe
Keepage = The opposite of garbage
Meanderthal = Someone who gives long sluggish presentations
Phone Shui = Art of finding a spot in the office that has a good signal
WAG = Wild Assed Guess

And ..also came across a list of worst business jargon phrases per some survey in the Telegraph.co.uk

I am guilty of using 9 of those - on a daily if not weekly basis... lol!
