Hope

This is why I say the universe is on my side , that hope in my life is like the wind - I cant see it but I can feel it.And on days like today , when it seems scarce and much sought after - it comes right to my door.

Homeward bound at 10 pm at the end of a gruelling 13 hour day -that made its presence felt with every minute that ticked by .Oustide - as if to reflect the climate of my mind and the season of my soul - it thundered and splattered.This was another night spent eating out of a tin can - so much for my vision of love and not spending every evening alone ..and I turned to my only friend on days like today ..the TV and this is what he said right back to me

"They say they built the train tracks over the Alps between Vienna and Venice before there was a train that could make the trip. They built it anyway. They knew one day a train would come.
Any arbitrary turning along the way, and I would be elsewhere. I would be different.
The house protects the dreamer. Unthinkably good things can happen, even late in the game."

All I have to say is Amen....Makhtub...Inshah Allah.
