Some total randomness from my end

1. I think if Madonna wants to adopt a baby - The world should just shut up and let her adopt a baby.All the protesters and organizations and angry demonstrators should just back off. Pick your battles people. I agree that adoption involves a lot of responsibility and changes . There is the increased risk that it isnt always done for the best reasons and a life is at stake. Please divert your energy to actively monitoring obsure people who adopt . Use all those resource to look at foster programs with a microscope where unsuspecting children lie at the hands of namless faceless strangers..please leave Ms American Pie alone. Her life demands that she is in constant public eye - you wont need to second guess how she is raising her new baby .
So please find something more meaningful to do with your very valuable time.

2.The worst and best part about working a 15 hour monday - is that you can drive home in the rain on bitter cold nights and watch a bunch of beautiful dumb women drool over a hot italian guy - that itself is emotional redemption for all the nights you spent working as a cashier and what not putting yourself through college . Face it - things could have gone the other way and you could be on the Bachelor ...worse ..you could actually be the Bachelor ..

3. I found out something life changing last night .I realised that in the noah's ark of sports teams ..that you could teach a pre -K kid the entire jungle book by ..names are actually shared .
So get this ..My sports know -how ..sucks .But when I do hear something - I try and be cool and pretend that I already knew it and use it in following conversations.
So Tinu was watching the Bears play the Cardinals last night . Obviously I was unaware that this was a major TV event . I called him . He said something like .."not now Kau ..I'm watching the game ..its close" .And I said something like " How is St Louis" doing ....and he laughed and laughed and laughed for hours ...
How the F*** is a working 27 year old woman ..whose major sports interests involve cricket and soccer for all the wrong reasons , who likes to read (everything other than SI.com) , do yoga and shop know that the cardinals are a baseball and a football team ...I thought cardinals were birds ..so much for me being sports savvy.

4. I also found out that purple mist is not the name of a fancy big brand perfume.

5.Who drinks Decaf coffee ? ..why is there such a thing as decaf coffee? ..is there a point to it ?

6. Oprah and Bono recerntly launched these really cute GAP shirts that are bright red in color and say stuff like "Inspired".."Empowered" ..play on the word red ..and they donate the money to an Aids charity in Africa ..I think its brilliant.Will buy. If I am ever able to leave work on time and go to a store

7. In conversation with a friend over lunch we debated whether we miss actual people ..or we miss the feelings and comfort level they represent . Like do you miss somone you were in love with ..or the feeling of being in love ? ...hmmm....this will have to be a seperate blog post ..

8. I am excited about Don . I love SRK but i dont think he can pull an Amitabh. If you look at Amitabh in the first half of Don ..esp in "Yeh Mera Dil" ..he looks like a complete bad guy/jerk..with a super high "H" factor ...When Kareen dances around SRK ..he still looks like a Raj ..a very cute to die for Raj ...SRK ..you are tool stylish and sophisticated to pull a paan eating sequence ...cant hide all that ..
but still...but I have to agree that Duniya ke Bara Mulkon ki police ..Don ki talaash kar rahi hai ..Don ko pakadna ..mushkil hi nahin ..namumkin hai !
very hot ..cant wait for Friday !

9.The movie I am waiting for is the new James Bond movie ...Superman can fly away ..my super hero works for her Majesty's Secret Service ..and drives bad ass cars

11. Wonder what will happen in Greys Anatomy this week ? ...I am so mad at Mcdreamy for pulling the "I like you too much and i'm bad for you thats why I need to walk away " stunt ...wake up ..most women are perfectly capable of deciding who like like/dislike and grasp what it involves ..and yeah ..they like to think they can take care of themselves .."like to think" being the key word ..so pls smell the coffee Mcdreamy ..she's in love with you but she also has a brain and a gut ..dont push her..she can push back and then no one wins ... least of all True Heart stopping brain numbing remote control sharing ,eating chinses takeout in candlelight pretend to like each others music love..
