Power

In one of my all time favorite movies Schindlers List , theres an unforgettable scene .
Oscar Schindler and Amon are on top of a porch ..and Amon says ...that he has power ..he sees all these people and he can randomly kill them at his own will .
Schindler takes a long puff from his cigarette and says ..you think thats power ? He says that a man commits a crime and we get him killed ..better so we kill him ourselves and feel pretty good . Thats justice though ..not Power.Power is what the Emperors had ..a man came begging in fron of them ..had stolen something ..knew he was going to die ..and pleaded for mercy ..and the Emperor looked at him and pardoned him ..this worthless man who he had every reason to kill ..he just let him go ...and that was Power .

Whats Power ? ..when you have every justification to do something ...question something ...say something and you dont .
Because you can be bigger and because your control and inaction speaks out louder than any voice could have .
